What Happens When Your Trial Ends
Your 7 days are up. Here is what to expect.
If You Subscribe
- You will be prompted to add payment information
- Choose the Pro plan ($29/month)
- Your subscription starts immediately
- All your quotes, clients, and data stay exactly where they are
- You keep using SemaQuote without interruption
If You Do Not Subscribe
- Your account is paused
- You cannot create new quotes or invoices
- Your data is preserved for 30 days
- You can subscribe anytime within those 30 days to pick up where you left off
- After 30 days, your data may be deleted
Good to know: Your clients can still view and pay outstanding invoices during this period. You will not miss payments just because your subscription lapsed.
How to Subscribe
On the Web
- Log in to SemaQuote
- Go to your profile or Settings
- Click Subscription or Upgrade
- Select Subscribe to Pro
- Enter your payment information
- Confirm, and you are all set
On Mobile
- Open the SemaQuote app
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Tap Subscribe to Pro
- Complete payment through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
Note: Mobile subscriptions go through Apple or Google, so their payment terms apply.
Managing Your Subscription
Check Your Status
On the web: Settings > Subscription shows your current plan, billing dates, payment method, and billing history.
On mobile: Settings > Subscription has similar information.
Update Payment Info
On the web:
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click Update Payment Method
- Enter new card details
- Save
On mobile: Update your payment method through the App Store or Google Play account settings.
Cancel Your Subscription
We hope you love SemaQuote, but if you need to cancel:
On the web:
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm
On mobile: Cancel through App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) subscription settings.
What happens when you cancel:
- You keep access until your current billing period ends
- Your data is saved for 30 days after access ends
- You can resubscribe anytime to restore everything
- Clients can still pay outstanding invoices

When you subscribe through either platform, your subscription status syncs to your account. Both the web app and mobile app check your account to determine your access level. This means:

If I subscribe on mobile, can I use the web app too?
Yes! Your subscription works on both platforms. Subscribe once on either web or mobile, and you get Pro access everywhere. Your account syncs automatically.
Is annual billing available?
Not yet, but it is coming. Annual subscribers will get a discount when we launch this option.
Can multiple people use one account?
The upcoming Business plan will support teams. For custom pricing on larger groups, contact sales@semaquote.com.
Can I pause my subscription temporarily?

Do prices include tax?
Prices shown are before tax. Depending on where you are, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout.
How do I get receipts?
Receipts are emailed automatically after each payment. You can also download past receipts from Settings > Subscription > Billing History on the web.
